Darren is an extremely versatile and skilled professional, yet he believes his talent lies within social photography (when people are involved). While Darren is based in the Midlands, he’s available to travel all over the country. Whether it’s for weddings, portraits, PR, commercial events, golf or evening functions, conference or just a private party, he can offer a personal and quality service.
Darren started his photographic career in 1993. He worked his way up through the ranks of a famous national portrait studio and looked after 20 photographers from Preston to Worcester. After nine years of loyal service, he returned to education as a mature student, studying Photography to HND level. He secured a job with a wedding photography studio in Solihull where he became their top photographer, shooting for a range of commercial clients and upto 80 weddings a year. Darren was the winner of their “Photographer Of The Year Award” in 2007 and now owns his own business Darren Harvey Photography.
